What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
How does the 20% giveback program work for animal welfare partners?
When you acquire Michelle Lerner's memoir ('A Series of Opinionated Animals') through a partnering animal protection organization's link, 20% of the gross sale price (excluding taxes and shipping) is donated directly to their rescue and advocacy work.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders swiftly from our Dulles fulfillment center. If you need to make an adjustment or cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@bancroftpress.com.

Do you ship internationally?
At launch, we primarily fulfill U.S. domestic orders from our Dulles, VA facility. Please contact customer service for special international inquiries.
How are books packaged for shipment?
Every volume is bubble-sleeved and packed in rigid, corner-point-protected book-fold cartons to ensure pristine arrival.
What is your return policy?
You may return eligible physical books within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unread, and resaleable condition.
What if my book arrives damaged or defective?
If your book arrives with transit damage or printing flaws, contact us within 7 days with photos of the book and packaging, and we will dispatch a free replacement immediately.
